Terms and Conditions - The Tamara, Kodaikanal
- Original Govt. validated ID proof with photo of the guests travelling to the resort is required at the time of check-in
- We request you to make prior appointments for any experience such as a trek, trails (subject to season and weather condition) etc. Please ask for the charges before making the appointment
- Food bought from outside is not allowed in the resort
- Pets are not allowed in the resort
- The bar, ‘Bistro 1845’ can’t serve alcoholic beverage/liquor as off now. In- house guest can buy liquor from outside and have it only in the room, and not in public areas. This is valid up to further notification on comenity of liquor.
- All suites are provided with room heaters. The Tamara Kodai rooms does not feature air-condition system
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation/postponement made 7 days prior the check–in date, no cancellation charges will be applied and The White Box will refund the amount directly to the customer upon being contacted via email
- Any cancellation/postponement made less than 7 days to check-in, 100% of the bill value will be levied
- No show & early check out charge will apply 100% of the amount
