What can you expect?

- Welcome drink on arrival
- Introduction to basic Japanese ingredients
- Hands on sushi rolling session (learn 2 variations):
Veg: Crispy Veg Tempura Uramaki and Pickled Radish maki
Non-veg: Prawn Tempura Uramaki and Tuna/Salmon maki
- Sushi tasting
- Service of appetisers, followed by dessert
